Prepare tea masala by grinding and mixing star anise, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom in equal quantities. Add ½ teaspoon of this masala into the boiling water. Add ½ cup of milk and 2 teaspoons of sugar. Let it come to a boil once again. Strain the tea into cups and enjoy.
