Preheat oven and take a 13” large baking dish. Take a medium saucepan, place spinach and pour enough water to cover it. Heat and bring to a boil. Cook for three minutes or till spinach is limp. Remove from heat and set aside after draining. Mix flour with salt and baking powder in a large bowl. Add milk, eggs and butter and stir. Also add spinach, mozzarella cheese and onion. Mix well and transfer all the material onto the baking dish. Cook in preheated oven for 35 minutes. It’s ready.
