روحانی ترقی:-

زندگی کے ہر شعبے میں نمایاں کامیابی کے لئے سب سے پہلے روحانی ترقی حاصل کرنا ضروری ہے۔روحانی ترقی کا مقصد اللہ تعالیٰ کے آگے سجدہ ریزی ہے۔رب کریم کے احکامات پر عمل کرکے اس بابرکت ذات کی خوشنودی حاصل کرنا ہے۔دنیا کے تمام وہ لوگ جو اپنے اپنے مذہب کے بتائے ہوئے اصولوں پرعمل کرتے ہیں ہمیشہ خوش رہتے ہیں۔ان کے دلوں کو سکون میسر ہوتا ہے۔صحت کے معاملے میں ہمیشہ تندرست رہتے ہیں۔دنیاوی پریشانیوں اور مالی مشکلات سے آزاد رہتے ہیں۔انہیں آخرت کی فکر ہوتی ہے۔وہ دنیا کو ایک کھیل تماشا سمجھتے ہیں۔سادگی سے زندگی گزارتے ہیں ناجائز ذرائع آمدن کے قریب نہیں جاتے۔

اسلام ایک مکمل ضابطہ حیات ہے۔اس میں دین اور دنیا دونوں کو رکھنے کا حکم ہے۔دنیا کی مصیبتوں اور مالی مشکلات سے چھٹکارا اسی صورت میں حاصل ہوسکتا ہے کہ اگر ہم بطور مسلمان اپنے فرائض اورذمے داریاں اسلام کی روشنی میں ادا کریں۔عبادت انسان کو ذہین بناتی ہے اسے شعور کی دولت سے مالا مال کرتی ہے۔خداتعالیٰ سے لگن اسے اطمینان قلب نصیب کرتی ہے۔عبادت ہر فرد کو دوسروں سے منفرد رکھتی ہے۔خدا تعالیٰ کا ارشاد ہے کہ جو لوگ میری عبادت کریں گے'ہم ان کو دوسروں سے ممتاز بنادیں گے۔یہ عزت اورمرتبہ نہ تو دولت سے حاصل ہوسکتا ہے نہ ہی کسی دوسرے غیرشرعی طریقہ سے مل سکتاہے۔دنیاوی کاموں میں ترقی حاصل کرنے کے لئے عبادت کا شامل ہونابہت ضروری ہے۔حقوق اللہ اور حقوق العباد کی ادائیگی سے ہی معاشرے میں ترقی ہوتی ہے۔یہ روحانی ترقی کے بغیرممکن نہیں۔

مادی ترقی:-

موجودہ دور میں مالی وسائل بڑھانامادی ترقی کہلاتا ہے۔کچھ لوگوں میں خاندانی دولت اور جائیداد کے سہارے ترقی کرتے ہیں۔انہیں اپنی تعلیم حاصل کرنے میں بھی مشکلات کا سامنا نہیں کرنا پڑتا۔وہ موافقِ حالات میں اپنی زندگی بڑے آرام سے گزارتے ہیں۔لاہور کے ایک بڑے جاگیردار گھرانے کا ایک تعلیم یافتہ آدمی جب مجلس قانون سازاسمبلی کا ممبربنا تواس نے پنجاب اسمبلی میں اپنی پہلی تقریر میں کچھ یوں کہا''میری بڑی بڑی جاگیریں اور زمینداریاں میرے بڑوں کی غداری کا انعام ہیں۔اس میں میری خوبی نہیں ہے۔میری ذات ان عنایات سے پاک ہے۔''تاریخ ان لوگوں کا ذکر بھی کرتی ہے جو بڑے کٹھن حالات میں بھی محِب وطن رہے'محنت ومشقت سے تعلیم حاصل کی اورآسمانِ علم پر آفتاب بن کر چمکے اور دنیا میں اپنے نقوش چھوڑ گئے۔

زندگی میں کامیابی کے لئے دو صلاحیتوں کا ہونا بہت ضروری ہے۔ایک کردار کی مضبوطی اور دوسری خوداعتمادی۔فردواحدامیرکتنا بھی ہواگر کردار درست نہیں تو اسے کسی مرحلے پر کامیابی نصیب نہیں ہوگی'اس طرح دوسرافردخواہ کتناہی محنتی کیوں نہ ہواگر کریکٹر صحیح نہیں تو وہ بھی ہر معاملے میں ناکام رہے گا۔وہ دوسروں کو دھوکے ضرور دے گامگر آخرکارعزت گنوابیٹھے گا۔اس پر کوئی اعتماد بھی نہیں کرے گا۔دوسری صلاحیت خود اعتمادی کی ہے جو کامیابی کا پہلا راز ہے۔اپنی کابلیت اور ذرائع کے مطابق مستقبل سنوارنا چاہیے۔کاروبار میں وافر سرمایہ کی ضرورت ہے۔اگر کاروبار کیلئے سرمایہ مطلوبہ مقدار تک بھی نہیں ہے تو کاروبار شروع نہیں کرنا چاہیے۔ابتداء کرنے کے بعد سرمایہ نہ ہونے سے ذاتی اثاثہ بھی ختم ہو جاتاہے۔

جس کام کرنے میں فردِواحد خوشی محسوس کرے وہی کام کرے۔اگر سول سروس،میڈیکل اور انجینئرنگ کے لئے آپ میں ذہنی صلاحیتیں اور ااخراجات کیلئے سرمایہ موجود ہے یا ان کے اخراجات کیلئے معقول ذریعہ ہو توان شعبوں میں قدم رکھیں ورنہ ناکام ہو جائیں گے۔کسی امتحان میں ناکامی کو ہم بدقسمتی قرار دیتے ہیںیہ دوبارہ کوشش نہ کرنے کی وجہ ہوتی ہے۔ایک بار ناکامی سے مایوس نہیں ہونا چاہیے۔دوسری بار،تیسری بارغرض جب تک کامیابی نہ ہو کوشش جاری رکھیں۔سکاٹ لینڈ کے بادشاہ روبرٹ بروس ساتویں بارجنگ لڑ کے کامیاب ہوا تھا۔کسی مقصد کے حصول کیلئے قومیں صدیوں تک اپنا مشن جاری رکھتی ہیں۔

جمال عبدالناصر فوج میں کمیشن حاصل کرنے کے لئے دوبار ناکام ہوئے تھے۔ تیسری بارکامیاب ہوئے جو بعد میں مصر کے بااثر نامور صدر بنے اور مصر کی سرزمین سے بادشاہت ختم کردی۔انسان اپنی قسمت خود بناتاہے اس کی محنت کا ثمر خدا تعالیٰ عنایت کرتا ہے۔مگر محنت کرنا لازمی شرط ہے اور مقصد کا ہونا ضروری ہے۔بغیر مقصد کے کچھ حاصل نہیں ہوتا۔مقصد حاصل کرنے کی جدوجہد میں چند لوگ کامیاب ہوجاتے ہیں کچھ اپنی کی ہوئی محنت سے فائدہ اٹھاتے ہیں'کچھ مقصد حاصل کرنے کیلئے اپنی زندگی کی تمام توانائیاں قربان کر دیتے ہیں مگر ناکام رہتے ہیں۔سمندر سے موتی نکالنے کیلئے جدوجہد کرنی پڑتی ہے۔ہماری ہمتوں اور مضبوطی سے ہی ہمیں کامیابی کی ضمانت ملتی ہے۔مسلسل جدوجہدایک دن ضرور رنگ لاتی ہے۔

سیاسی ترقی:-

کچھ لوگ شہرت کی خاطر سماج کیلئے بہت اچھے کام کرتے ہیں۔سیاسی 'مذہبی اورسماجی لیڈر بن کر لوگوں کی فلاح وبہبود کرتے ہیں۔اپنے مشن کی کامیابی کیلئے دشوارگزار مراحل سے بھی گزرتے ہیں اور جیلوں کی صعوبتیں بھی برداشت کرتے ہیں۔پاکستان میں بڑی چھوٹی سیاسی پارٹیوں کی کل تعداد الیکشن کمیشن کے مطابق 78 ہے۔ایک ملک میں سیاسی پارٹیوں کی اتنی تعداددنیا کے چند ملکوں میں شاید ہو۔آنے والے وقت میں صرف تعلیم یافتہ سیاسی لوگ ہی کامیاب ہوں گے جو پہلے اپنی پارٹیوں میں کارکنوں کو سیاسی تربیت دیں گے اور ویلفیئر ٹرسٹ کے نظریہ کو فروغ دیں گے ۔وہ پیشہ ور سیاستدانوں کے آلہ کار نہیں بنیں گے۔

What does the Noble Quran say about the reality of life in this world?

Before you strive to attain it, you must know what success is. Different people define success in different ways. For many, it is wealth that makes them successful. According to them, they can buy all the luxuries of life with money. Can they also buy life with it? Indeed, they can't.

Others regard a rewarding career as an indicator of success. It earns them respect, money and a higher status in the society. The third type of people are of the view that a person to be ranked as successful should be enjoying good health along with all the luxuries of life.

People from the spiritual school of thought believe that it is not the materialistic gains but the mental peace and satisfaction to serve as the real parameter of success. But how can they attain such a goal?

The Biblical books of Isaiah and Ecclesiastes preach and regard success as the ability to eat, drink and make marry.

"Then I commended mirth, because a man hath no better thing under the sun, than to eat, and to drink, and to be merry". (Reference: Ecclesiastes 8:15)

Which school of thought do you belong to?

There are only a few who consider two lives – the life in this world and the one in the world hereafter – while talking about success. Rather they give more importance to the Afterlife. For them, a truly successful person is the one who emerges triumphant on the Day of Judgement based on his character. If you believe in this doctrine, you will have to denounce all the luxuries of this world.

It is because the life of this world is nothing but a delusion. And the same Divine Message has been conveyed through the Glorious Quran. The verse 20 of chapter 57 (Surah Al-Hadeed) reads:

اعْلَمُوا أَنَّمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا لَعِبٌ وَلَهْوٌ وَزِينَةٌ وَتَفَاخُرٌ بَيْنَكُمْ وَتَكَاثُرٌ فِي الْأَمْوَالِ وَالْأَوْلَادِ ۖ كَمَثَلِ غَيْثٍ أَعْجَبَ الْكُفَّارَ نَبَاتُهُ ثُمَّ يَهِيجُ فَتَرَاهُ مُصْفَرًّا ثُمَّ يَكُونُ حُطَامًا ۖ وَفِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ وَمَغْفِرَةٌ مِّنَ اللَّهِ وَرِضْوَانٌ ۚ وَمَا الْحَيَاةُ الدُّنْيَا إِلَّا مَتَاعُ الْغُرُورِ

(57:20)

Translation: "Know that the life of this world is but amusement and diversion and adornment and boasting to one another and competition in increase of wealth and children - like the example of a rain whose [resulting] plant growth pleases the tillers; then it dries and you see it turned yellow; then it becomes [scattered] debris. And in the Hereafter is severe punishment and forgiveness from Allah and approval. And what is the worldly life except the enjoyment of delusion."

Principles of Success:

Listed below are the principles of success which, if followed, will enable you to get peace of mind in this world. Also they will make you stand triumphant in the life Hereafter.

Staunch Faith in Allah:

The first step towards attaining real success is to have staunch faith in Almighty Allah. Here faith means not only believing in Allah but also putting all your hopes and expectations with Him. If you attach good expectations with Him, He will definitely fulfill them. He is all-hearing and nearer to you than any other thing in the world.

Total Submission to the Will of Allah:

The Creator of the Universe is also the Most Kind and Most Gracious. If you totally submit to His will, He will not only forgive all your sins but also shower His countless blessings on you.

What does total submission mean? When you totally submit to the will of Allah, you suppress all your desires and obey His commandments as given in the Noble Quran and Sunnah in letter and spirit.

Do Your Utmost:

Hard work is the key to success. It is the persistent struggle which entitles even those for success (though temporary) in this world who don't believe in Allah. The same message you get in verse 39 of Surah An-Najm (Chapter 53):

وَأَن لَّيْسَ لِلْإِنسَانِ إِلَّا مَا سَعَىٰ

(53:39)

Translation: "And that there is not for man except that [good] for which he strives. (Translation Source: Sahih International – Quran.com)."

Take It Always Positive:

When you take everything positive, you will be happy even if something bad happens to you. A hardship of life prepares you for a severer hardship. Furthermore, there are different reasons for subjecting one to affliction.

For example, if a difficulty befalls on you, it may be either a form of punishment for your wrongdoings or just a test of faith in Allah. One thing is sure: a hardship always takes you closer to the Creator. When you always take everything positive, it will automatically serve as a source of peace of mind and spiritual satisfaction for you.

Try to Benefit Others:

There are many benefits of benefiting others. When you unconditionally help someone, you get spiritual pleasure and such a noble act brings you closer to Allah Almighty. Moreover, the people being helped also feel grateful towards you and pray for your success.

Allah directs His slaves to spend in His name only to harvest manifold rewards and benefits later. The same good news has been given in the Noble Quran, chapter 2, verse 245.

مَّن ذَا الَّذِي يُقْرِضُ اللَّهَ قَرْضًا حَسَنًا فَيُضَاعِفَهُ لَهُ أَضْعَافًا كَثِيرَةً ۚ وَاللَّهُ يَقْبِضُ وَيَبْسُطُ وَإِلَيْهِ تُرْجَعُونَ

(Al-Quran 2:245)

Translation: Who is it that would loan Allah a goodly loan, so He may multiply it for him many times over? And it is Allah who withholds and grants abundance, and to Him you will be returned.
